Refund & Return Policy

At Victura Airmotion, we take pride in delivering high-quality, energy-efficient products. Since our products are electrical appliances, we follow a clear and fair return policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

When can you request a return?

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received a defective or non-working product
  • You received the wrong item

Please make sure to raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for return

To process your request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product should be unused and not installed
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included

When returns are not accepted

We won't be able to accept returns in these cases:

  • The product has already been installed or used
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Minor colour/design differences (due to screen display)
  • Change of mind after purchase

How to request a return?

It's simple:

  • Email us at info@victura.in
  • Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and a short description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.

Replacement & Refund

  • In most cases, we provide a replacement for the product
  • Refunds are only given if replacement is not possible (like stock unavailability)
  • Refund timeline:
    • Processed within 7–10 working days
    • Credited back to your original payment method

Warranty support

All Victura products come with a manufacturer warranty. If you face any issues after installation, our support team will guide you with the next steps.
