When can you request a return?
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
You received a defective or non-working product
You received the wrong item
Please make sure to raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for return
To process your request, the following conditions must be met:
The product should be unused and not installed
It should be in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
When returns are not accepted
We won't be able to accept returns in these cases:
The product has already been installed or used
Damage occurred after delivery
Minor colour/design differences (due to screen display)
Change of mind after purchase
